Speakers & Bios:

Melissa Slade is the founder of Complete Life and Health Insurance Agency, LLC, and has been an insurance broker since 2010 serving counties in the Houston area for 14 years. Melissa is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She has been an advocate in the healthcare industry since 2003, taking care of patients working in healthcare administration and now as an insurance broker. With the experience Melissa has, she can assist clients in applying for state and federal benefits, finding the right coverage for her clients, and helping them coordinate their healthcare within their insurance plan. Her services go well beyond enrollment.

Lloyd Wiles has been in the insurance arena for 9 years with a focus on Medicare Advantage, Supplemental, Medicaid, and Prescription Drug Plans.  I started my Medicare Journey with United Healthcare as a Customer Service, Medicare & Medicaid Subject Matter Expert, Site Supervisor, and Account Manager with Military & Retirement Members.  Afterwards, at Kelsey Care Advantage, I served as a KCA Sales Manager then I transitioned over to a Medicare Sales Broker and now owner of Wiles Healthcare Solutions.
